Chris Halstad
Chris studied Finance at Boston College's Carroll School of Management before beginning his career in the Technology Investment Banking division of RBC Capital Markets. He later served as Chief Growth Officer at Otter House Productions, a production company creating fundraising and marketing films for New York City's largest nonprofits.
Working across banking and executive leadership, Chris saw a consistent pattern: fast-growing companies need talent who is intelligent, moves quickly, and operates with integrity — and finding this shouldn't take months. Runway Partners exists to solve that.
